We can only hope it's a mere temporary disappointment in a world where life-saving measures are instituted frequently. If they could do it for Longmire, The Killing and others let's hope they can save one of the great science fiction series to be told on TV for some time based on the long-running, stellar books of James S. A. Corey.
There's still a lot of story to be told.
Sadly it seems a difficult time for quality science fiction as The Expanse and the wonderful Colony seem to struggle while the garbage is allowed to thrive.
I remain hopeful and hope more science fiction fans will get behind Colony before it's too late.
