Hulk Hands

Big Bang theory is pretty clever.  Even though I totally geek out, I never loved the show, but it has really grown on me and continues to win me over especially since The One To Be Pitied, surprisingly, loves it more than me.  It's a bit like Seinfeld for geeks.

Oh, this is my favorite sitcom on television right now. It's incredibly smart, and still manages to make you laugh even on the occasions that you don't know what they're talking about. My wife, who has never much been into "geek culture" loves it too, so it offers her a glimpse into my world.

Seinfeld for Geeks...I like that.

Absolutely. It is damn funny. Sadly, I do get most of the geek and comic book humor, but you're right - you don't have to. : )

Oh, I get most of the geek and comic book humor, too. It's the talk about quantum physics and string theory that go straight over my head. The only experience I have in that field is the opening sequence from Quantum Leap. ;-)

I like this show a lot, too. Not so much the later seasons but the first 3 are consistently strong. Plus, it is great to see references to things like FIREFLY, WRATH OF KHAN and TIME BANDITS sprinkled throughout.

JD... Amen... There's that and basically what's not to love and enjoy about geeks in general... They're awesome!
